National Institute of Dentistry and Craniofacial Research

The National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR), holds its biology symposium meeting in Kansas City, Missouri. This gathering is held to educate professionals in the sophisticated area of craniofacial structure and dental procedures. This dental meeting is a gathering where students, advanced practitioners and scientists can meet and educate one another on new research, materials for craniofacial techniques, and training in the field. Registration for this event is varies from 50 for students to 200 for professionals.

Professionals in the field of craniofacial and oral procedures give lectures and organize presentations to educate attendees on studies of the parts of the mouth and their functions, the placement and evolution of teeth, healing processes of the mouth and medications relating to recovery. There are also lectures having to do with advanced research having to do with development of tissue growth for repair of mouth tissue, and genetic growth and development and the aging process and development in regards to bone and tissue development and teeth placement.
